If you did not receive the form, you need to contact with us by mail at physchembio@cicbiomagune.es

You can pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer. The cost of attending this workshop is 540€ per person.

This fee of 540€ includes:

- Attendance of the workshop
- Accommodation for the duration of the workshop (09.07 - 14.07.2012)
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks) for the duration of the workshop (10.07 - 14.07) + dinner 09.07.
- Social event (10.07)
- Travel between the accommodation site and the CIC biomaGUNE where the workshop will be held.

Cancellations and refund clauses:

If for some reason you are not able to attend the workshop, please notify the organizes immediately at physembio@cicbiomagune.es . Cancellations received prior to May 15^st will be refunded in full. Half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before June 15^st, and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 15^st.
