How to Apply:

.- The deadline for the applications is April 1, 2012. The number of attendees is limited to 30. Attendees will be selected among the applicants, based on the information provided in the Application Form and in the Recommendation Letter.

The application period is now closed. Applications received after today will be placed on the waiting list.

.- Please download the two forms: the Application form and the confidential Recommendation Letter form.

.- Fill in the Application form and e-mail the completed form to PhysChemBio@cicbiomagune.es. Please put the word Application in the subject of the e-mail. Please do not send the application form by regular mail or fax.

.- Have the Recommendation Letter form filled in by your thesis advisor, supervisor, department Chair, etc. It should be e-mailed separately to the same address.

.- Within two business days of the receipt of your application, we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgement e-mail, that means we have not received your application. You could try sending it again (from a different e-mail account), or getting in touch with us (see the information under Contact).

.- Similarly, we will send you an e-mail once we receive the reference letter – or if we don’t receive it within a reasonable time after receiving your application.

.-You do not need to be a member of FEBS, one of its constituent societies, or one of the IUBMB-associated societies, to attend the course—but you do in order to qualify for the YTF awards (see Fellowships link). Do not forget to include proof of membership.

.- The applications will be processed within two – three weeks after the submission deadline. We will inform you of the decision by e-mail.
